Our recent stay at Dimore Pietrapenta Apartments, Suites & Rooms on Via Chiancalata 16 in Matera was truly exceptional. the central location, only 5 minutes away from Matera Centro Storico, provided us with easy access to all the main sights, including Tramontano Castle and Palombaro Lungo, both within walking distance. The family suite we stayed in was beautifully furnished, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the city. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the modern amenities provided, such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven. The staff, especially the lady at check-in, was incredibly helpful and informative, offering us valuable sightseeing tips in fluent English. the breakfast at Cafe Schiouma, just 5 minutes away, was a delightful start to our days, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.
